Our client is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist The Digital Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the ongoing development and optimization of the digital metrics framework and the application of that framework across all digital marketing initiatives within the Meals and Sauces portfolio. This individual will work alongside Meals & Sauce cross-functional category teams to manage the project activities for strategy, creative and deployment to ensure successful project delivery. This individual will also lead the Social Community management efforts for the portfolio. Leadership strengths must include inspiring trust and driving organizational alignment with cross functional resources and management, ability to thrive in the ambiguity with a healthy tolerance for risk. In addition, the Digital Specialist is expected to demonstrate strategic, creative and critical thinking in developing business and marketing plans in an environment of ambiguity and limited financial resources. A flexible approach to solutions, an overall optimistic 'can do' attitude and a passion for making a difference will distinguish this leader in driving success. This job will have the following responsibilities: Integrate knowledge to develop and implement the digital and content strategies as part of wider integrated consumer experiences Manage and provide guidance on owned and earned content Anticipate trends based on consumer insights heard through owned/competitive properties Deliver competitive insights and trends via new digital platforms Educate marketing community on digital trends and tools and campaign success metrics Partner with other Activation Integrated Agency Team (IAT) members to create and bring to life the digital and social part of the F19 Integrated Communications plan. Define how the campaign most effectively integrates across all social platforms. Collaborate with the Consumer Affairs Manager on the strategic and creative approach across all primary social channels and the social content calendar approach. Serve as the Social Community manager for the M&S portfolio and send out a weekly Social Management recap report. With the desire to have an 'always on' social presence, it is critical that this individual enhances our social presence and diligently posts real-time Qualifications & Requirements: -4 years experience or equivalent exposure. BA or BS in Advertising/Marketing/Statistics or equivalent (MBA preferred). Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing digital and social marketing measurement plans and programs Digital tools include but are not limited to WordPress, Visible Technologies, Sprinkler, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud oDigital marketing and analytics tools include but are not limited to Google Analytics, WordPress, Quantcast, Compete, Amazon (Alexa), Comscore and Nielsen. Social media platforms include but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube -Experience expressing a brand in a consistent manner across social platforms such as FB, Pinterest, and Twitter Experience analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution Strong negotiation skills as both a strategic advisor and direct negotiator for a broad variety of Interactive services Experience writing, editing and crafting presentations that are designed to inform key stakeholders of their progress and designed to persuade decision making. \r
