WFAA-TV, the TEGNA, Inc. and ABC Affiliate in Dallas, Texas, is looking for a Multiplatform managing editor to lead the newsroom in coordination of news content on all platforms. This role will oversee developing news, and work with assignment content editors, reporters, and digital producers to ensure each story is looked at as an opportunity to engage our audience. Digital skills and writing ability required. Responsibilities include strategic assignment managing, and innovative content development. Responsibilities will also involve managing workflow for special event news coverage as it pertains to both on air and digital. Our multiplatform M.E. will further bridge our digital/on air resources to create a true content center at WFAA.
