Job Family: Intelligence Production Management

Our Intelligence & Homeland Security team as an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Technical Editor who will work in support of our HQ Intelligence Operations.

Additional responsibilities include:

Perform timely and thorough review of intelligence products and official center documents and correspondence in accordance with DIA formal writing guidance

Organize prioritize and track the completion of their workload using SharePoint

Conduct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, structural, and syntax review of analytic and administrative textual content

Actively engage with the center workforce to provide the most current formal guidance of prevalent trends and widespread issues

Possess ability to track multiple products and deadlines simultaneously and solicit guidance for prioritization of their workload to meet the most pressing requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Masters degree; substitute bachelors degree with an additional 5 years' experience in a related technical or military discipline will be considered

Master's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience in the past 2 years

Substitution Bachelor's Degree with at least 17 years' experience as a substitute to the Master's Degree will be considered

TS/SCI and Poly (or ability to obtain poly)

Preferred

Possess interpersonal skills, be responsive and adapt to changing guidance, priorities, and processes

Formal writing experience in an academic or professional capacity
