Grade: The Workforce Management Time Editor is responsible for conducting daily payroll processing, including Kronos adjustments, payroll form submission, timekeeping and audit processes for all employees, while ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of payroll in accordance with departmental and company procedures, policies, and state and federal regulations and statutes. This scope of this role includes all departments that Workforce Management schedules. Analyze daily staffing data provided by department and ensure appropriate staffing levels due to employee call-outs, unexpected days off and any scheduling exceptions.Actively advise and provide guidance to the business units around daily operations, labor management and leave management.Ensure accurate and prompt review of timekeeping, progression rate changes, and other data critical to meeting deadlines and compliance for bi-weekly payroll processing.Ensure daily operations practices are developed in line with legislative requirements, local law and collective bargaining agreements protecting the company and employee interest.Ensure ethical and equity issues are identified and managed in the daily operations process.Notify Payroll management immediately of irregularities or errors. Analyze irregularities related to clocking, system data, transaction entries, resolutions, and other related scenarios. Assist Payroll Management in formulating action plans to identify and reduce the number of paycheck errors.Operate multi-line phone system with incoming and outgoing calls consisting but not limited to call outs, department requests, questions, and/or concerns.Assist the customer service inquiry counter during opening hours for staff inquiries.Provide recommendations for operational enhancements that would deliver more streamlined processes or compliance while maintaining maximum customer service to all clients.Generate daily reports or on-demand basis to support department operations.Facilitate daily consistent and timely resolution of all employee issues, concerns and questions by responding to communications received from Payroll, HR and employees.Perform all other job related duties as requested.\r
REQUIRED:At least 2 years Kronos or similar system experience, payroll operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 1 year of experience handling multi-line phones.Strong working knowledge in Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service skills.Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. \r
PREFERRED:Previous experience using Workday or similar system.Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
