JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create brand-right, product-proud content across multiple channels and divisions. • Manage and inspire a team to cultivate brand voice and editorial consistency. • Work independently and collaboratively with the head of editorial and cross-functional partners when creating seasonal concepts. • Write digital assets throughout the season, including emails and landing pages. • Edit weekly social decks, including organic and paid posts. • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Design partners to maximize editorial. • Protect the business by ensuring copy has stylistic, strategic and legal standards. • Actively engage in the inspiration, training, and growth of your direct reports. • Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, timeline-driven, people-friendly environment.
