The Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology is seeking applicants to fill a one-year Term position as Publications Assistant at the Peabody Museum Press. The Peabody Museum Press publishes books in archaeology, anthropology, visual anthropology, and museum studies, as well as catalogues of the museum's collections and exhibitions. The Publications Assistant will assist the Director of the Peabody Museum Press in all aspects of daily operations; will facilitate current production schedules; and will undertake initiatives to investigate and establish new publishing protocols. The position may assist with book-signing and promotional events after normal working hours. The position reports to the Director of the Peabody Museum Press.
